Our fee arrangements are tailored to meet your preferences and the nature of the work performed.
Many of our clients prefer that we set down an annual agreement for fees for all services, business and compliance, and break this down into regular, monthly payments over the course of the year. This provides the advantage of no large bills. As an added advantage we will look to build in an extra pocket of free time and to create a better accessibility.
We are happy to provide estimates and quotes on any work or assignment.
We are happy to charge by the hour, where appropriate or preferred.
All estimates, quotations and hourly rate works are charged based on scale rates as they apply from time to time. We are happy to discuss our rates.
Terms:
Our monthly fee arrangements are invoiced monthly in advance and are due payable on the first day of each month, unless otherwise agreed.
All other work is generally invoiced for payment:
- One third prior to commencement.
- One third half way through the agreed completion period.
- The balance on completion.
Methods of payment:
We accept payment by cash, cheque or internet transfer/direct banking.
Where internet/direct banking is utilized we request email/ fax confirmation of deposit to assist our record keeping processes.
